This Privacy Statement covers CoConstruct, LLC, which is referred to as “CoConstruct,” “we,” “us,” and “our” throughout this statement.

We are committed to protecting our customers’ information. In the course of providing a communication and project management tool related to construction, we need to collect and maintain certain nonpublic personal information. This Privacy Policy is intended to advise you with respect to content on the Site, as well as help you understand what information we collect through the Site and how we collect it, use it, share it, and protect it.  By accessing the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Policy and the terms and conditions provided herein.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS POLICY, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THIS SITE OR THE CONTENT FOUND ON THIS SITE.

What types of nonpublic personal information do we collect?

CoConstruct provides a platform where individuals may input information about a construction project, such as price, payment terms, and various decisions about the project. The CoConstruct platform also retains personal communications that users make in the site. To that end, any information that users choose to put into CoConstruct are collected by us.

We do not collect any personally identifiable information from visitors to our website unless such information has been voluntarily provided by the visitor. If you request a Personal Demonstration, you agree to provide us with contact information including an email address and phone number.  We may also collect your name and email address if you send electronic mail from the website. In addition to the above, we may also collect CoConstruct user information, account status, the IP address, type of browser and operating system of visitors to the website. We may also send to visitors who have supplied personal information, via regular mail or electronic mail, general information about CoConstruct and a description of its products and services. We will remove you from any such mailing list upon your request per the opt-out procedures below.

What types of nonpublic personal information do we disclose?

We may disclose nonpublic personal information we collect for system troubleshooting, maintenance, and update purposes. Nonpublic personal information may also be disclosed as permitted by law or to cooperate with regulators or law enforcement authorities. We do not transfer or sell nonpublic personal information to third parties.

Our employees (for example, customer service personnel) and third party service providers have access to your nonpublic personal information only on a “need to know” basis to perform the Services for which we have been retained.

The Site is not intended for children and we offer no products or Services for children.  Because protecting the privacy of young children is especially important, we do not knowingly collect or maintain information from or about persons under 18 years of age. No part of our Site is structured to attract anyone under 18.  If you are under 18, do not use or access the Site at any time or in any manner.  If we learn that personal information of persons under 18 has been collected on the Site without verified parental consent, we will take appropriate steps to delete this information.

How do we protect the rights of international users?

The Site is hosted in the United States and is intended primarily for U.S. businesses.  It is not intended to solicit data or information from individual residents in other countries or regions of the world.  If you are a consumer accessing the Site from the European Union, Asia, or any other region with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use and disclosure that differ from U.S. laws, your continued use of the Site, which is governed by U.S. law and these terms, indicates your consent to transfer of your personal information to the U.S.

How do we protect the confidentiality and security of nonpublic personal information?

  • Access to account information is password protected.
  • Passwords requirements are in place to ensure an adequate level of password security in terms of length and complexity.
  • Login information and all areas of CoConstruct are encrypted using SSL technology.
  • We provide a “Log out” button which will terminate a user’s session, so that no future users on the same computer can access the password-protected areas of the service without logging in themselves.

We have in place physical, electronic and managerial procedures to protect the information we collect online. However, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our database, nor can we guarantee that the information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the internet.

How do you opt-out or revoke consent regarding your personal information?

Marketing e-mail consent can be revoked at any time either via opt-out links in e-mails or by contacting Opting out of marketing e-mails will not affect any transactional alerts or messages you receive from your CoConstruct account, but these notification options may be configured from your CoConstruct settings.

You may often correct, update, amend, or remove your Personal Information in your account settings or by directing your query to your account administrator. Requests to remove personal information on file with CoConstruct can be made by e-mail to In cases where a request for removing personal information conflicts with our ability to fulfill a service contract, we will advise you on the extent of the removal. You or your administrator may be able to deactivate your CoConstruct account by contacting CoConstruct Support.

We will retain your account information for as long as your account is active, or as reasonably useful for commercial purposes or as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

In addition to our security measures, you can also take steps to maximize your security online and to protect your information, such as changing your password on a regular basis and avoiding sharing of your login information with others.
