What types of nonpublic personal information do we collect?
CoConstruct provides a platform where individuals may input information about a construction project, such as price, payment terms, and various decisions about the project. The CoConstruct platform also retains personal communications that users make in the site. To that end, any information that users choose to put into CoConstruct are collected by us.
We do not collect any personally identifiable information from visitors to our website unless such information has been voluntarily provided by the visitor. If you request a Personal Demonstration, you agree to provide us with contact information including an email address and phone number. We may also collect your name and email address if you send electronic mail from the website. In addition to the above, we may also collect CoConstruct user information, account status, the IP address, type of browser and operating system of visitors to the website. We may also send to visitors who have supplied personal information, via regular mail or electronic mail, general information about CoConstruct and a description of its products and services. We will remove you from any such mailing list upon your request per the opt-out procedures below.

The Site is not intended for children and we offer no products or Services for children. - Login information and all areas of CoConstruct are encrypted using SSL technology.
- We provide a “Log out” button which will terminate a user’s session, so that no future users on the same computer can access the password-protected areas of the service without logging in themselves.
We have in place physical, electronic and managerial procedures to protect the information we collect online. However, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our database, nor can we guarantee that the information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the internet.
How do you opt-out or revoke consent regarding your personal information?
Marketing e-mail consent can be revoked at any time either via opt-out links in e-mails or by contacting email@example.com. Opting out of marketing e-mails will not affect any transactional alerts or messages you receive from your CoConstruct account, but these notification options may be configured from your CoConstruct settings.
You may often correct, update, amend, or remove your Personal Information in your account settings or by directing your query to your account administrator. Requests to remove personal information on file with CoConstruct can be made by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. In cases where a request for removing personal information conflicts with our ability to fulfill a service contract, we will advise you on the extent of the removal. You or your administrator may be able to deactivate your CoConstruct account by contacting CoConstruct Support.
We will retain your account information for as long as your account is active, or as reasonably useful for commercial purposes or as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
